The Crosspoint Residency is a two-to-four-year, full-time leadership development program for high school graduates who feel called to vocational ministry. The goal is to give hands-on ministry experience to residents while they complete their bachelors degree online. Students will complete their time not only with a college degree but with years of practical ministry experience, personal coaching, and leadership training... and will be equipped for a lifetime of ministry impact!
