The Crosspoint Residency Program is a two-to-four-year leadership development path for emerging leaders ages 18–25 who are recent high school graduates and feel called to vocational church ministry. The goal is to give hands-on ministry experience to residents while they complete their bachelors degree online. Students will complete their time not only with a college degree but with years of practical ministry experience, personal coaching, and leadership training... and will be equipped for a lifetime of ministry impact!
